The CDB-F10 series Manual Sectional Directional Valve integrates the diverter valve and the multi-way reversing valve in one body, so that the vehicle's steering system and the cylinder working system share an oil pump, which reduces the complexity of the system structure and is easy to install and maintain. The self-locking valve stem is also set to prevent vibration caused by negative pressure inside the cylinder due to forward tilt. And when the engine is turned off, even if the joystick is pushed hard, the mast will not tilt. Avoid serious consequences caused by misoperation.

The CDB-F10 series Manual Sectional Directional Valve consists of an oil inlet valve plate, a reversing valve plate and an oil return valve plate. In order to meet the requirements of different users, it can be increased or decreased at will. The oil circuit adopts a parallel oil circuit, and the valve stem reset method adopts a manual reversing spring to automatically reset the valve plate. A check valve is set inside to prevent oil backflow. The oil inlet valve is equipped with a pilot relief valve to control the pressure of the entire system. The function of the diverter valve is to supply a stable and constant amount of oil to the steering system. The diverter valve is equipped with a relief valve to ensure the normal operation of the steering system. According to user needs, overload valves can be installed at both ends of the reversing valve to meet the load requirements of different actuators.
