OPERATION：
Normal working condition: When the system pressure is lower than the set value, the pilot valve and main valve of the Pilot Type One Way Relief Valve are closed, the oil flows normally, and no overflow occurs.
Pressure regulation: When the system pressure rises to the set pressure of the pilot valve, the pilot valve of the Cartridge Safety Valve opens, and part of the oil flows back to the oil tank through the pilot valve. This reduces the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve core. Under the action of the inlet pressure and the main valve spring force, the main valve core of the Cartridge Safety Valve opens, and the excess oil flows back to the oil tank through the main valve port to maintain the system pressure stable.
Oil replenishment function: When the system pressure is lower than the set value, such as when the pressure drops due to leakage or rapid action, the oil replenishment function of the Cartridge Safety Valve is activated, automatically replenishing hydraulic oil to the system to prevent cavitation and system failure, and ensure the normal operation of the actuator.
