PRODUCT INTRODUCTION：
JRD04-05 Direct Acting Ball Type Cartridge Relief Valve is available used forlimiting max. hydraulic pressure, preventing sudden pressureshock of higher pressure, avoiding damage main operationdevices such as motors, cylinder, pumps etc.
OPERATION：
Normal closed state: Under normal working conditions, the pressure of the hydraulic system is low, and the ball valve core is pressed tightly against the valve seat under the action of the spring force, so that the relief valve is in a closed state, the oil cannot flow out through the relief valve, and the system pressure is established normally.
Open overflow: When the system pressure rises to exceed the set pressure of the relief valve, the force of the oil on the ball valve core is greater than the preload force of the spring, the ball valve core is pushed open, and the oil flows back to the oil tank through the relief valve, so that the system pressure no longer continues to rise and remains near the set pressure.
Pressure adjustment: By rotating the pressure regulating screw, the pre-compression amount of the spring can be changed, thereby adjusting the preload force of the spring. As the preload force increases, the opening pressure of the relief valve increases; as the preload force decreases, the opening pressure decreases.
