OPERATION：
Normal working state: When the system pressure is lower than the set pressure of the pilot valve, the pilot valve is closed, the pressures in the upper and lower chambers of the main valve core are equal, and the main valve core is in a closed state under the action of the main valve spring, and the oil cannot overflow through the overflow valve. When the system pressure rises to the set pressure of the pilot valve, the pilot valve opens, and the oil flows to the pilot valve through the damping hole on the main valve core, and flows back to the oil tank through the pilot valve. Due to the effect of the damping hole, the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve core decreases, and the pressure in the lower chamber remains unchanged, thereby generating a pressure difference. When the pressure difference is sufficient to overcome the elastic force of the main valve spring, the main valve core moves up, opens the overflow port, and overflow is achieved, stabilizing the system pressure near the set pressure of the pilot valve.
Oil replenishment process: When the system pressure drops to a certain level due to leakage or other reasons, the oil replenishment valve opens, and oil is replenished from the oil tank or other oil source to the system to maintain the stability of the system pressure and ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
