Product Introduction：
The Adjustable Relief and Anti Cavitation Valves is a hydraulic control valve that integrates overload protection and oil replenishment functions, and adopts a plug-in structure design. Its core functions include:
Overload overflow: When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the pressure is quickly released to protect the equipment.
Automatic oil replenishment: During the pressure relief process, oil is replenished to the low-pressure side of the system through the oil replenishment channel to avoid local vacuum and cavitation caused by pressure relief.
OPERATION：
Normal working condition:
When the system pressure is lower than the set value, the overflow valve core is closed, and the oil replenishment check valve also remains closed due to the high system pressure.
Overload overflow:
When the pressure exceeds the set value, the overflow valve core opens, and the high-pressure oil is discharged back to the oil tank through the overflow port to reduce the system pressure.
Oil replenishment process:
During the overflow pressure relief, the low-pressure side of the system may form a vacuum due to oil loss. At this time, the oil replenishment check valve opens under the action of the pressure difference, and oil is sucked from the oil tank or the external oil replenishment pipeline to maintain the system pressure balance.
