Product Introduction：
The Relief and Anti-Cavitation Valves Insert Type is a hydraulic control valve that combines the basic functions of a direct-acting relief valve with the oil replenishment characteristics. It is mainly used to achieve the dual needs of pressure control and reverse oil replenishment in hydraulic systems.
OPERATION：
Overflow: When the system pressure exceeds the set value of the pressure regulating spring, the oil pressure pushes the valve core to open the overflow port, and the excess oil flows back to the oil tank to maintain stable pressure;
Oil replenishment: When the system reverse pressure is insufficient (such as a sudden load change), the oil pressure acts on the valve core in the opposite direction, opens the oil replenishment channel, and external oil is injected into the system to prevent cavitation or air suction. The two-way valve core structure realizes automatic switching of positive and reverse pressures, with fast response, ensuring the dynamic balance of the hydraulic system.
