Working Principle:
The high-pressure rolling bearing gear pump is mainly composed of driving gears, driven gears, pump body, pump cover, rolling bearings and other components. Its working principle is that a pair of meshing gears rotate in a sealed pump body. When the meshing teeth on one side of the suction chamber gradually separate, the volume of the suction chamber increases, the pressure decreases, and the liquid is sucked into the pump; the liquid is pushed to the discharge chamber by the gears in the tooth grooves in two ways. As the gears continue to mesh, the liquid is squeezed from the discharge chamber into the discharge pipe, thereby realizing the transportation of the liquid.
